Ms. Hoemmen joined the Moses Law Firm in 2026 after having practiced law for seven years. Her legal experience includes defending businesses in the federal courts, New Mexico district courts, and administrative law courts in various states. Her skills include discovery, motion practice, depositions, post-judgment collections, and commercial contract drafting and review with a focus on information technology.
Ms. Hoemmen received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of California Berkeley in 2004. She received her JD from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2019 and was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 2020.
In her spare time, Ms. Hoemmen enjoys cooking and road trips all around the country.
