Mark A. Glenn joined the Moses Firm in 1989 after graduating with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law. Before entering law school, Mr. Glenn was a daily newspaper reporter for six years. He currently serves as the public member on the New Mexico Board of Examiners for Architects after being appointed in 2014. He is a former member and chair of the State of New Mexico Board of Editors. Mr. Glenn is admitted to practice before all New Mexico state and federal courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Glenn practices in the area of commercial litigation, real estate, contracts/business law, homeowner’s associations, employment, construction, business formations, and probate litigation. His reported appellate cases include: Dollens v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., 2015-NMCA-096; Kokoricha v. Estate of Keiner, 148 N.M. 322 (Ct. App. 2010); Systems Technology, Inc. v. Hall, 136 N.M. 548 (Ct. App. 2004); Carol Rickert and Assocs. v. Law, 132 N.M. 687 (Ct. App. 2002); and Homes by Marilyn v. Robinson (In re Estate of McKim), 111 N.M. 517 (1991).
