For more than 20 years, Ms. Poe’s practice has been concentrated in the area generally described as “Creditors’ Rights” – primarily representing lenders and servicers in all facets of the lending world, including transactional, workouts, litigation, and enforcement in State Courts, the United States District Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and appellate courts.
Ms. Poe is a native New Mexican and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of New Mexico and a law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. She is licensed to practice in both New Mexico and Colorado. Ms. Poe is a pianist and enjoys accompanying a training vocal choral and her church’s worship choir and playing with the praise band at her church.
