Annika Cleveland joined the Moses Law Firm as an associate in 2023 after working as a law clerk for the Firm the year prior. Annika graduated with distinction in honors from New Mexico State University where she obtained a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Government. She went on to law school at the University of New Mexico where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, she served as a manuscript editor on the New Mexico Law Review, while also working as a research assistant for multiple faculty members and as a tutor for the first-year civil procedure class. Her student article Negligent Commercial Transactions: Does New Mexico Face a Slippery Slope After Morris? was selected for publication in the New Mexico Law Review, and she was awarded the Felix Briones Award in Ethical Integrity in Business Law in her final year. In her spare time, Annika enjoys playing the harp, hiking in New Mexico’s beautiful mountains, and beating her friends and family at cards.
